Born in Belfast in 1988, during her early years Jade lived in a variety of places including Shanghai, Guernsey, Skibbereen, and Aranmore Island, before her family settled more permanently in Belfast.
While attending Strathearn School, Jade was encouraged to apply to Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design in London. She graduated in 2012 with a BA (Hons) of Fine Art and then returned home to complete the MFA at Belfast School of Art.
